The firm began in Boston, Massachusetts, after our founder watched too many talented athletes struggle to translate leadership stories into hiring conversations—and too many hiring managers overlook those signals entirely.
What started as informal introductions grew into a structured college athlete recruitment practice with national reach. Today we support college athlete employment across banking, technology, industrials, and professional services.
